  Orders containing items that are in stock are usually processed within 24–48 working hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 2 working days

  For Italy, delivery usually takes place within 24–72 working hours of dispatch, barring any delays on the part of the courier, public holidays or remote areas.

• Do you also deliver to Europe and outside the European Union?
  Yes, we deliver to Italy, various European countries and, where applicable, outside the EU as well. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and any customs checks.
• How can I track my parcel?
  When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification with the tracking details, so you can track your parcel right up to delivery.
• Which courier do you use?
  We mainly use Poste Italiane and other logistics partners, selected according to the type of shipment and the destination.
• If a product isn’t immediately available, what happens?
  If one or more items need to be restocked, delivery may take approximately 2–7 working days before dispatch.
• Is the delivery discreet?
  Yes, we prepare parcels with due regard for confidentiality, using plain packaging where our logistics procedures require it.
